Refund and Returns Policy

Please note at the outset of our return/exchange policy that Flow Art Ink does not provide cash refunds. Instead, we issue a Flow.Art.Ink Voucher equivalent to the value of the returned product(s), which can be used within 6 months. This policy ensures that we can offer flexibility while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

14-Day Return Policy: If you wish to return a product purchased from flow.art.ink online, you have 14 days from the purchase date to do so. To initiate a return, please contact us via email hello@flowartink.com. When contacting us, include your invoice number, purchase date, and the product reference you intend to return.

Condition of Goods for Return/Exchange: We accept returns and exchanges only for items that are in their original condition, unused, and with all original labels attached.

Shipping Costs and Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items. Flow Art Ink is not liable for any items lost in transit during the return process. We will, however, cover the shipping costs if the return or exchange is due to an error on our part.

Lost Items: In the event that items are lost while being shipped back to us, we are unable to process a return or exchange.
