7. Deliveries
Delivery Policy: Product delivery will be made within the stipulated timeframe at the time of purchase. The shipping costs associated will be clearly indicated before finalizing the order. Flow Art Ink undertakes to ship the products within 3 working days after purchase confirmation.
Shipping Time and Additional Costs: Shipping time depends on the carrier and, in mainland Portugal, usually ranges from 1 to 5 working days. For international orders, consider extra time for customs clearance. Also, remember that if you choose a pre-order item, the delivery time will be longer. We are based in Portugal, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay customs, charges, or additional taxes imposed by the destination country.
Refused Deliveries: If you choose to refuse your order upon arrival, you will be responsible for any fees the order may incur and for the return shipping cost to our address in Portugal. This amount will be deducted from the total refund of your order.
Responsibility for Damages or Losses: Flow Art Ink is not responsible for damages or losses occurring during transportation. In case of loss or damage during shipment, the customer should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
